When Love Grows Old

Love Grows Old
Love Grows Old

Technically speaking, this is not all that great of a photo. Of course, that’s not always what makes a photo special. Today’s Black &  Wednesday’s photo is a time appropriate homage to my Ginnymom, one of the kindest and gentlest people I know…who liked to collect glass jars. I got the phone call this week that there will be no more photos. No more afternoons of ice cream or peeling beans on the bench under the spruce tree. No more grandma smooches or pancake picnics, and no more cabinets full of glass jars. She was a tough old bird that made it to 92 and built a family and a legacy that I am honored to be a part of. I love you Ginnymom and you will be dearly missed.
